Any	No show from Job Seeker	Full refund

If a Job Seeker cancels a shift, that shift will automatically be reposted in the Marketplace. If another match is successfully made, there will be no additional charge. In case no match is found, there will be full refund of the service fee to the Job Poster. The Job Seeker is not entitled to any refund from Kolligate.
To initiate refund process, Job Posters can submit a request through Help and Support page by selecting “Refund Request” from the dropdown. Please provide all necessary details in the text box..

Any	No Show or last-minute cancellation	More than 3 cancellations in a month => Account gets suspended

The determination of whether a Job Poster is entitled to a refund is in the sole and exclusive determination of Kolligate. The timeframe will be determined by the timestamp from Kolligate that the change to the shift was posted. Please keep in mind that minutes and seconds can change from device to device. If the Job Poster cancels within 2 hours of shift start time, Job Seeker will receive a $30 reward card (the “Reward Card”). The determination of whether a Job Seeker is entitled to a Reward Card is in the sole and exclusive determination of Kolligate. The timeframe will be determined by the timestamp from Kolligate that the change to the shift was posted. Please keep in mind that minutes and seconds can change from device to device.
