To address the challenges with temp staffing, we gathered inputs from professionals in the industry to design a digital solution per their requirements. Additionally, we consulted with experts from different fields to get their diverse perspectives which helped further enhance the functionalities. These professionals contributed their ideas to the features and workflows of the platform which enabled us to create a more effective solution.
