Complete Profile:
Simply fill in your personal, professional and payment details. You'll be ready to start exploring the platform after your profile is approved.
Post A Shift:
Post a Shift in the marketplace detailing the role, shift timings, and hourly rate you’re offering. Now, temp professionals can discover your shift and know exactly what you’re looking for.
Find a Match:
Use Find a Match search feature to find temp professionals who fit your shift criteria. Or, use the interactive map on Discover to connect with available temp employees matching the shift you need to fill.
MAke an Offer:
Make offers up to two temp professionals at a given time for a shift, with profiles that fit your needs. They can accept the offer or negotiate the terms, and once there is a mutual agreement, you will have a confirmed shift.
Receive Interest:
Since your shift is visible in the marketplace, you will start to receive interests from as many temp professionals with matching profiles. Then, accept the offer that is the best fit for you.
Negotiate Terms:
You can negotiate terms of the shift like hourly rate and shift timings. kolligate values time of all involved parties, so there is a set response time before the offer expires.
Manage Shifts:
Refer Shift Activity or Calendar, to know about posted shift status and plan your activities accordingly.
Before Shift:
kolligate will send you a reminder email about your upcoming shift. Reach out to the temp professional, if needed, using contact details mentioned on the shift card.
End of Shift:
Show your appreciation by giving temp professionals a thumbs up. You can favorite their profile to have fast access to them in the future! Process the salary of the temp professional for the terms agreed as per your pay period.
Permanent Position:
You have an option to hire a temp professional from kolligate whom you have worked with in the last 12 months for a permanent position by paying a flat fee. You can get 10% discount if you notify kolligate voluntarily. To learn more, visit here.
